Sawadee Kha (Hello). My name is Narintra, you can call me Nina. I was born in the Northeast of Thailand. Learning how to cook is one of our cultures that most women in my hometown are expected to do. My mother taught me all her cooking techniques when I turned 14 years old. She knew the art of preparing Authentic Thai food.

She always told me to pick the best ingredients and the most proper way to cook each Thai meal. My mother has taught me more than I could have learned from any recipe book. She is the one who inspired me to open my own Thai restaurant, Elephant #8 Thai Taste.

I hope you will see and taste our passion and love for cooking, people, and bringing people together over food, when dining with us.
